Position Overview
Dial Expert is hiring Sales Specialists / Closers to join our Debt Resolution campaign.
Call Type
You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls generated through multiple vendors and lead sources.
Role Type
This is a full-cycle closing role, where you control the conversation from first contact through contract signing and compliance completion.
Skills Required
This role is not script-reading only. It requires real sales skills, confidence, empathy, objection handling, and attention to detail.

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary
Full-Time: 18,000 EGP / month
Part-Time: 7,000 EGP / month

$20 per deal closed
Minimum target: 5 sales per week
Average performing agents close ~2 sales per day
